RITES Tutoring Job Opportunities starting January 2026 for certified teachers with a minimum of 5 years of classroom experience:

Structured Literacy/Orton-Gillingham Teacher/Reading Specialist

In-person tutoring after school and/or weekends in various Rhode Island locations, particularly Cranston, South County, and Aquidneck Island. Must have certification or full training with a completed Orton-Gillingham, Structured Literacy, or Wilson practicum

\

Elementary and Middle School Classroom and Math teachers

In-person tutoring after school and/or on weekends in various Rhode Island locations, particularly in the Cranston area.

\

High School Math Teacher

In-person tutoring after school and/or on weekends in Cranston or Providence. Preference is given to teachers who can teach more than one subject (Algebra, Geometry, Precalculus, Calculus)

\

High School Science Teacher

In-person tutoring after school and/or on weekends in various Rhode Island locations. Preference is given to teachers who can teach more than one subject (Biology, Chemistry, Physics)

I tutor a student who is in 10th grade.
